Concealed raw edges

Sometimes you want to hide the raw edges of a garment's seams.  If a garment is lined, this is not a problem.  For an unlined garment, there are some choices:  1) Use a serger to "hide" the raw edges in thread. 2) Sew with French seams. 3) Sew flat-fell seams. 4) Finish the raw edges with a skinny bias binding - Hong Kong Finish.  (Search "flat-fell seam", "french seam", "hong kong finish".)
