Add a hem facing to lining

I may have addressed this before, but it's on my mind again.  Full linings will hang much better if you take the time to add a facing to the lower edges.  I cut 1 1/2" - 1 3/4" strips of the jacket fabric for facings.  Sew to the hem edge of the sleeves and jacket body lining.  Place at the outer jacket edge and tack to seams (at least) to keep it in place.  This adds 3/4" - 1" to the lining length.
