Washing and drying ties

I have in the past suggested that washed ties be line dried, but I can now say that I've tested another method.  A student in a class told me she had dried her machine-washed ties in her dryer on a delicate setting.  I tried this last week with a batch I washed, using the auto-dry cycle on delicate.  The ties came out mostly unwrinkled and will be much easier to dismantle.  Try it!
