I've been searching for some time to find the ideal stabilizer for recycled neckties.  A product that I found in England has not been available or hard to find - a very light fusible underlining.  At Quilt Market last week, I found a product similar to what I used before and will soon test a few other candidates.  If you can find HTC's "Touch of Gold" fusible interfacing, you will have what I used in the past for clothing made from neckties.
