Accomodating a larger bust

One fairly easy adjustment for a larger bust - D cup or more - is to add some width at the side seam.  If the fit is good at the shoulders but there is not enough room in the bust, add 1/2" -1" to the front and back side seams.  This will give you 2" - 4" more room from the bust to the hem.  You will also have to add that same amount to top of the sleeve seams, tapering back down to nothing at the wrist.
