Add sleeve fullness

One way to add fullness to an upper sleeve is to alter the pattern before cutting.  Mark a line from the shoulder seam line to below the elbow.  Cut along this line, leaving the outer seam allowance intact.  Carefully spread the sleeve apart at the slit, about 1"-2".  Avoid putting folds into the pattern, secure paper under the opening, and cut the widened sleeve.
