Allow ease for movement

When choosing a pattern size, or fitting one you have to your body, be sure to allow some extra room for ease.  Know your body's measurements and check them against the same on your pattern.  You should have at least 3-4" in most places to allow you to move easily in your finished garment.  If the "ease" isn't there, make adjustments to allow for it.
