Interesting shoulder adjustment

I saw an interesting shoulder adjustment yesterday to make a wide shoulder narrower without losing the fullness in the upper back and bust.  This is especially useful for a blouse:  After doing most of the construction, try on the blouse and pin a tuck at the shoulder seam to adjust the sleeve to fit at the shoulder.  Sew the tuck across the seam - about 2" each side of the seam.  Use more tucks for a large adjustment.  Press toward sleeve.
