Add more room at bust and sleeve

One way to add a bit more room at the bust is to add width at the side seam (1/4 the total needed is added at each seam).  If you add width at the top of the side seam, you also need to add the same to the width at the sleeve armhole.  This will add room to the sleeve, which may also be an advantage.
