Making the most of a tie

Make the most of a recycled tie by assessing its condition first.  If the right side of the fabric is worn and faded, consider using the wrong side and applying HTC's Touch of Gold II to the right side to stabilize the fibers.  You might also use the parts of the tie just between and outside of the worn folds.  The tips are frequently useable as prairie points.
